By accessing or using ALGTP™ products, services, software, indicators, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use ALGTP™.

2 Nature of Service

ALGTP™ provides technology-based trading tools, indicators, layouts, and analytical frameworks for educational, research, and decision-support purposes only.

• No investment recommendations
• No trade execution
• No personalized financial, legal, or tax advice

3 No Financial or Investment Advice

ALGTP™ is not a broker, dealer, or registered investment advisor. All information provided is general in nature and for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.

4 Risk Disclosure & No Guarantees

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital. ALGTP™ does not guarantee profits, performance, or results. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

5 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own risk management, position sizing, capital allocation, and trading behavior. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

6 Platform Dependency & Compatibility

ALGTP™ tools are designed primarily for use with TradingView. ALGTP™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party platforms, data feeds, brokers, exchanges, or service outages. Compatibility with other platforms is optional and not guaranteed.

7 Payments, Trials, Service Window & All Sales Final

ALGTP™ products and services are delivered digitally. ALGTP™ may, at its sole discretion, offer limited trial or promotional access for evaluation purposes only.

• Trial access does not constitute ownership, entitlement to paid features, extended service time, or eligibility for refunds.
• All paid services operate on a service-based access model and do not grant ownership, perpetual rights, or transferable licenses.
• Each paid plan includes a 40-day service window for onboarding, installation issues, and manual setup support.
• The 40-day service window is not a refund period, money-back guarantee, or performance warranty.

8 Intellectual Property

All ALGTP™ software, scripts, indicators, layouts, branding, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of ALGTP Algorithm Trading Platform LLC. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALGTP™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use or inability to use its products or services.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to ALGTP™, its products, or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration and not in court, except where prohibited by law.

12 Modifications to Terms

ALGTP™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ALGTP™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Service Description

ALGTP® is an AI-enhanced stock scanner that analyzes real-time and historical market data to provide watchlists, signals, and scoring for stocks. It is intended solely as an informational and analytical tool. The Service does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or signals to buy, sell, or hold any security.

2 Account & Access Restrictions — One User, One IP Policy

• Single-User License: Each account is licensed for use by one individual only. You may not share credentials or allow others to access your account.
• One IP Address Restriction: Your account is tied to the IP address used at registration. Access from multiple different IP addresses may result in account lock.
• If you register on a mobile device, the account is intended for that device. If on desktop, for that desktop.
• Minor IP changes (e.g., ISP dynamic assignment or travel) may be accommodated upon support request. Repeated violations result in suspension without refund.

3 Free Trial & Pricing

• 14-Day Free Trial: All new users receive a full-featured 14-day free trial from registration date.
• Post-Trial Pricing: Limited Scanner — $3.99/mo • Unlimited Scanner — $9.99/mo
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice. All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Payments via Stripe.

4 Important Disclaimer — Not Investment Advice

• Trading stocks, options, or other securities involves substantial risk of loss.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• ALGTP® and its affiliates are not registered investment advisers or broker-dealers under U.S. securities laws.
• Data is sourced from third-party providers (e.g., Polygon.io) and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify with your broker.
• AI-powered features are algorithmic and may contain errors or biases. Do not rely solely on the Service for trading decisions.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities, market manipulation, or spam
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Overload servers or abuse API calls
• Share screenshots/signals in a way that violates third-party data terms
• Violate the one-user-one-IP policy (see Section 2)

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations without refund.

6 Termination & Refunds

• You may cancel at any time via your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal.
• No refunds for partial months or unused trial periods.
• We may terminate your account immediately for policy violations, fraud, or non-payment.

7 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGTP® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
